All or part of this photography may be used by Leave it to us Weddings for promotional purposes (please choose): YES / NO
Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 25% upon booking is required before the wedding date. Another 50% and your itinerary is due within 1 to 2 weeks before the wedding date. The remaining balance is due upon pickup of proofs. In the event that more than one client wishes to book wedding services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to pay there deposit. Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked wedding. Leave it to us Weddings will be the exclusive professional photographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate Photography cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage. All processing orders must be received in one year from pick up of proofs. After the year a 25% stocking charge will occurr and be required to pay based on photography package. All touch-ups and colour corrections are extra. Albums are sold seperatly.
It is the client's responsibility to secure access to areas for photography. Leave it to us Weddings will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions or special requests. Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Leave it to us Weddings. Leave it to us Weddings will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, lighting, interference from guests, etc. Leave it to us Weddings reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. or unsafe conditions. In this event . Any liability on the part of Leave it to us Weddings will be limited to the amount of monies paid. Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Leave it to us Weddings of any technical or other problems with the Photo's within 7 days.
